Jessica believes that man had to use studies and doctor words to describe a cluster of symptoms they kept seeing in psychology. This only explains some of the whole human. There is emotion, physical wiring, spiritual matters, relational situations which can all affect hormones, emotions, self-control, performance, perspective and overall quality of life. Jessica uses a holistic framework, also taking into account the family system and its affect on each client. Working with her you or your child will feel understood, accepted and informed on how this all works in your unique scenario. Jessica’s Bio:

Jessica Jeans is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 15 years of participation, training and implementation of spiritual and emotional growth work, largely inspired by Carl Jung and Cliff Barry. Additionally, Jessica has specialized training in behavior shift, problem identification and collaboration with professionals outside of therapy. She utilizes a variety of modalities to create customized treatment plans for those who struggle with mental health, addiction recovery, performance and relationship issues.

Jessica chose aBachelor's Degree at Baylor University specializing in Child and Family Development because of her passion for the human life cycle, and relationships. Her master’s in counseling has helped her research and practice supporting others to get unstuck in areas of mental, behavioral, relational, emotional and spiritual issues.

She focuses primarily on thinking, mood and behavior disorders. Jessica uses a customized treatment plan with clients which encompasses self-esteem, behavior change, identity discovery and other interpersonal concerns as well.

She was a primary therapist at Anxiety Treatment Clinic in Fort Lauderdale, where she received training in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (EPRT) for clients with severe anxiety disorders. She speaks fluently in English and Spanish.

Working alongside parents of young adult and adolescents allows her to teach and encourage as she assists the restoration of the family, both in their relationships and child (or adult child) performance.
